Since we just opened in October 2018, we are able to offer introductory pricing (below market) for our initial residents. Parkland is committed to transparency in pricing. We utilize a tiered fixed pricing approach with no hidden add-on fees. Our pricing is illustrated on the grid below.

The only increases to care costs during the resident’s entire stay are done annually at cost of living index. If a resident enters at the basic need level, the care cost is fixed and does not increase as the resident’s needs increase. The rate at entry is fixed subject to cost of living increases.
