The only increases to care costs during the resident’s entire stay are done annually at cost of living index. If a resident enters at the basic need level, the care cost is fixed and does not increase as the resident’s needs increase. The rate at entry is fixed subject to cost of living increases.

Since we are a brand new community that recently opened in October 2018, we are able to offer below market Introductory Pricing for our initial residents. We utilize a fixed price approach with no hidden add-on fees. Our combined room and care costs are illustrated on the grid above.
